PPP link control protocol was terminated Closed

Question

Dear sir

 I have BSNL 3G internet connection,during the starting the connection I always 
revived  the msg "PPP link control protocol was terminated".
Please tell me why this happing? & solution for this error as early as possible.

Check your balance in your mobile.Sometime nil balance shows this error

Other than that BSNL customer care can help you out.No other possible solution
