First step:
Uncheck any unwanted entries in MSCONFIG which relates to winword.exe
Check for any word entries here
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
Second step:
Type this two commands in run
shell:startup
shell:common startup
Check if any word document is present in startup folder,Remove it
Third step:
Search for normal.dot file in the PC and rename it to normalold.dot
Do not try this till you have no use in first 2 methods
