Locked out of my hotmail!

Hello,

I need help with my hotmail!! I am locked out and I filled out my cell phone number to have a text sent to me with a code and I never received the code!! Help! How can I contact hotmail people or what can I do??

Hi Kirst,

Not too long ago i needed help recovering my live account.

i used http://windowslivehelp.com/product.aspx?productid=1

its like a forum where by Windows Live support will assist you.

this can take a couple of days.

just log a case with them, give them as much detail as you can.

how do I "log a case" with them? I do not see a place where it says "start a forum" or anything like that. Can you help me figure out what to do?

Anyone - please help, I cannot figure out how to start a forum or how to contact a real hotmail/msn person. I need help. I have lots of stuff in my email that I need. I would love a phone number to call them or something. or an email address to someone.

If you can login with another hotmail/live account, in the top right corner it says "Ask a question"
