Press F8 while booting and enter advanced start menu
Try entering windows using Last known good configuration
IF that doesnt work try safemode and do a system restore

have you tried hitting "CTRL+ALT+DEL" twice at that login screen?
IF that doesnt work insert OS installation CD and try repairing
