No logon screen Closed

Question

I used a custom logon changer it worked good for like 4 times but then I got to the logon and there was a black screen just with my curser !!!!!

Help please!!!!
Im writing  this from my brothers iPad .

Press F8 while booting and enter advanced start menu 

Try entering windows using Last known good configuration

IF that doesnt work try safemode and do a system restore

have you tried hitting "CTRL+ALT+DEL" twice at that login screen?

IF that doesnt work insert OS installation CD and try repairing

my computer is now working!!!!!!
if you want to know how i fixed it just ask me and day after i will post it!!!
