You can download the UC Browser from this link http://store.ovi.com/content/197403?clickSource=search&pos=2
First of all, you have to download Nokia Suite, then you have to connect your mobile phone via USB cable or Blootooth, register in Ovi Store in the link, then just click on "Download via PC", it will download on your mobile phone, you'll find it in Applications, and you'll need to get it installed ;))
