Hello,
The error code 0x0000000A refers to a driver issue.
1. Is there more than one user on your computer ?
2. Are all of your drivers up to date ?
Let me know

Yes you would check in device manager
If you have installed hardware, completely uninstall and reinstall
If you use Easy CD Creator 5.0 ou Direct CD 5.0 update on the manufacturer's site.
Good luck
