urgent locked keyboard Solved/Closed

Hello, 
my hp keyboard is locked, tried updates,  unplug and replug , still not working. help pleae



Configuration: Windows Vista / Internet Explorer 9.0

shut down computer and disconnected from power sources, also disconnected keyboard and left alone for 10 minutes.  Then powered up and connected, and it works just finde now.
