Explorer not working but IM woeks OK

Hello,

I have a peoblem with my lap top. I cant browse the internet. Instant Messenger works OK, other PC's work OK but my lap top does not,

have restore settings, turned firewall off and various other things but still cannot browse, any ideas

hi,
was it working before?
if yes, you need to clear cookies and you may also delete browsing history.
you will find it on the web page itself
click on Tools > Delete browsing history and the select Delete all
