Download, save, and then install
https://www.malwarebytes.com/
you can try this if malwarebytes doesnt help you
https://www.eset.com/int/home/online-scanner/
one of this should remove the trojan generic
last option may be to use combo fix(Disable your antivirus programs before using combo fix)

install and follow the steps

WARNING, do not run, I repeat, do not run Combofix as it may damage your system ! It would be like killing a fly with an atomic bomb!
To help you, I must make a diagnostic and to do so, I require a log.
Open this link and download ZHPDiag :
https://www.zebulon.fr/telechargements/securite/systeme/zhpdiag.html
Register the file on your Desktop.
Double click on ZHPDiag.exe and follow the instructions.
the tool created two icons ZHPDiag and ZHPFix (we will use ZHPFix at the next step).
Double click on the short cut ZHPDiag on your Destktop.
Click on the Magnifying glass and run the analysys.
Wait for the tool to finished (maybe a long time)
Close ZHPDiag.
To transmit the report, click on this link :
https://authentification.site
Click on Parcourir and search the directory where you installed ZHPDiag (usually C:\Program Files\ZHPDiag).
Select the file ZHPDiag.txt.
Click on "upload »
Copy the url and post it here

Good news ! Your system is clean as a whistle.
However, the use of two antivirus both with scanning engines will not only slow down your system but they may come in conflict, as a matter of a fact one may detect the other as a virus. I strongly suggest that you remove one of them.
Your Windows Genuine Advantage is deactivated; is your Windows a legal copy?
If you intend to continue using Internet Explorer, it is recommended you update it from IE6 to IE8.
Both of your audio and graphic card drivers need to be updated.
Your Microsoft CTF Loader (Alternative user input services) is a process which manages text writing, must be updated through Windows update or you will continue having typing problems.
Finally, you have too many tool bars and you should remove the Yahoo tool bar for better efficiency.

I don't work for Microsoft so I'm not the one to blame you. Remember that if you receive a "conterfeit" message from Windows, you will have 30 days to legalize your copy or your system will be completely disabled.
However, I'm sure that if you follow my advice your should see a system improvement.
