Hello, iownloaded microsoft office update but a worm was also installed first identifying itself as Microsoft internet security,then it blocked iolo system mechanic,then my norton 360,then the screen came on with internet security scan stating it found 99 errors to repair I was directed to purchase their software for &69.99 now they identify themselves as registry doctor/internet securities.who are theese people?i do not want their software,but now they took control of my computer.i reformated it but cannot get on,it keeps running in same cycle from reboot screen and back again.if I choose to run in safe mode is there a way to delete this paininthe bud?
