Please help!! black frozen screen at Windows

Hello, i have a Toshiba Satellite L755-S5216. It has Windows 7. When i turn it on it also gives my the prompt screen that says run system normally or repair mode. When i select the repair mode, it shows a black screen with only the mouse on it. When i run normally, it shows the windows start-up logo but freezes there. I hit f8 and all it does it restart, the screen turns blue for about 2 seconds and immediately restarts to the prompt screen. When i hit control +alt+ delete, nothing happens. When i hit alt +f10 or f11 nothing happens. What do i do?? PLEASE HELP!!!

***also*** my computer came with no reboot disk..

I have a computer that does that you need to reinstall you windows xp or what ever version you have on your computer. If you don't have a disk find someone that that will let you borrow one It should work after reinstalling it. The first time I tried it took me acouple of times. Hope you get it fixed.
