i have an hp pavilion laptop and a sharp flatscreen (at least in front) tv...behind the tv has yellow, white, green, blue and red ports...i purchased a vga to component cable (it has the green, blue & red) and the other end is a vga goes right into my laptop...i did the display thing and at one point i got the screen pink and showing my laptop screen but it was rolling really fast...dont know what i did but now i'm getting a pink screen (when laptop is on) and it's distorted...
My laptop screen isnt pink...its normal...its the tv that is distorted and pink...i'm trying to do screen sharing...to see whatever is on my laptop on my tv.
