Lost all the 32gb pen drive

Hi, this is magesh i m having one problem with the pen drive, that my pen drive is looks like corrupted and my datas also are deleted if i try to get stuffs into it means i can't do it. then i formatted it then i shocked because i lost all the 32gb memory in it and i have only 5mb of memory in it now. pls try to recover my problem and tel a perfect solution to solve it.
