Toshiba Satellite Keyboard problem

Hello,

I have a Toshiba Satellite laptop, running Windows XP, SP3. When I type a capital N, the keyboard inserts a capital B immediately after the N so the result is NB. How can I fix it?

In most cases this is caused by a mechanical problem with the keyboard. Replacing the keyboard is probably the only thing that will work. I would first test using an external USB keyboard.
