Can't transfer my folder to another drive Closed

Hello, 

I purchased folder lock 6.  My problem is that I cannot transfer my folder to another drive. everytime I try to copy or paste a folder into another drive, it say ERROR: Ox801F0004.  I want to transfer my already encrypted folders to an external hard drive. Please help. Thanks

Configuration: Windows 7 / Safari 535.1

Why don't you google the error code, and you will know about the trouble and get solution.

IN my opinion, your disk might get striction with fat or ntfs. try convert fat to ntfs.

To transfer all encrypted folders,open folder lock and unlock those folders before transferring it.
