How to get computer to start

Hello,

hi I have another computer as well with burners and the whole nine yards. the problem is when it starts up it goes to a black screen with keyboard error and its say invalid checksum as well as date and time not set I cant do anything type nothing at all to fix this problem. Is it possible that it will restart with a backup disk or installing another operating system using an install cd any advice will greatly appreciated.

"invalid checksum" suggests you have a BIOS problem. I would first replace the CMOS battery and then reboot the PC.

You need check your bios setting, cancel keyboard error check.
