Hello everyone,
i'äm new to this forum hope you experts can help me solve my problem, I have an excel file which consists of calibration date of some machines. What I need is that excel automatically sends mail to the responsible person of the particular machine 15 days before the next calibration due date. please let me know your views. i'm very new to vba. please help!!!

depends on what you have in mind what how excel is supposed to send email
If you are thinking that file is closed and excel itself would send email, that will not be possible.
If you meant that excel file is opened and then it send email, that might be more doable.
