How 2 gain over my hacked yahoo account ?

Hello,
No records work when I put my alternate email, no security question is asked and yahoo just BAD
seems like the hackers have switched all my contact info
they also took over my facebook account .
and FB say it will be 24Hrs to restore ??!!
but YAHOO has no sulotion ? is there any one out there that can help ??
