This is Vijay.
I have been using Windows 7 O/S in my Sony Laptop. Now i have to install the Red Hat Linux-4 in my PC. Could you please give me the breif description along with screen shots about the installation of linux.

Follow this tutorial. It is suited for Windows 8 and Ubuntu 12, but essentially it's the same process.

I would advise, initially, that you run Linux in a virtual machine guest in Virtualbox or VMWare. There are many tutorials available on the web guiding you through installation of the application and creation of the guest operating system.
As an aside, RH4 is quite old! The current stable release is Red Hat version 6.

Red Hat Linux 4 is not upgraded you can try now
