Get error 1073741819?

Hello,
I am having 2 problems one of them is that i cant open c drive or any folder with double click i have to do open with every time and my other problem is that i cant launch anything it always says file syster error 1073741819. please help! i have a windows 7 and also please dont say system restore i tried it didnt work.

Can you launch applications in safemode?

If yes go to run and type

sfc /scannow

Allow it run

Do you get frequent shutdown pop ups?

I cant understand about your another issue.
when did this issue start?

yes i can launch applications in safe mode it started about 2 months ago

well i get blue screen alot that makes my computer shut down

Boot into safemode with networking

download this first

https://support.kaspersky.com/downloads/utils/tdsskiller.zip

Extract and run it..

After this download malwarebytes and do a full scan

https://ccm.net/downloads/security-and-maintenance/4621-malwarebytes-anti-malware/

Remove infections and run malwarebytes once again till the PC is clean
