Can't find factory setting in option!

Hello,


I'm trying to restore my laptop to factory settings but i don't get that option in system recovery options. These are the options i keep getting, startup repair, system restore, system image recovery, windows memory diagnostic and command prompt. I have a toshiba A500 which is running on windows 7. Thank you
