Compaq laptop screen is blank

Hello,

I loged off yesterday and came back this morning and sceen just has a 'C' on it . how can I reslove this problem? Please help!

Hi,

Remove your battery and hold the power button for few seconds then fix battery and adapter then power ,Do provide your feedback on it.
