My Acer one pro wont stay connected to wifi

Hi,

I cant get my acer one pro to stay connected to the wifi. Ive tried going to the properties of the wireless connection (atheros ar5007eg), highlighting internet protocal, clicking properties and it already on obtain an ip address automatically and so this does not resolve the issue. Iv tried updates as well as trying different web browsers to google chrome and this doesnt help either. my computer uses windows xp.
