You need to call your network service provider to get the password

Get the Router username and password from your service provider

You can see a small hole near the ON/OFF button.Use a pen or pencil to press it and hold it for 10 seconds.

Reconfigure your modem as shown in the video.For minor changes most of the steps are similar.
