Well... it depends on what 'graphics' card you have. If you don't have a dedicated one, windows update should install the driver itself.Just get driver update software. It will scan your system and update all your drivers automatically. Using software is SOOO much easier, trust me.

Click on start and type
devmgmt.msc and press enter
Do you find any error or unknown device?
Right click on it >>>properties
Click on details tab
Property>>>>hardware id
Copy the VALUE result and post it here
