Cant detect on phne and pc 4GB memory card SD

Hello,
my phne and my pc cnt detect my memory card now
before this the memory card work properly on phne
but now it cant, what the problem ? anyone cn help me please ? have many importnts data on the memory card.

Hi,

Try it on another mobile and if detected then you must remove password from it so that its detected on pc and if still same result then its corrupted by which no data can be retrieved from it considering it as corrupt.
