<HELP>i installed the service pack, no sound

i recently installed the windows service pack and the sound wont come out, in need of help plz, ,my computer model is;
microsoft windows XP
proffessional
version 2002
service pack 2
registerd to-
computanotor
king julian bash
55274-640-7170193-23645
intel R
pentium(R) 4 cpu 3.00GHZ
2.99GHZ, 248 megabytes of RAM

The problem is frequent after updating Windows, the sound card driver must be reinstalled.
