Hello, I have hp pavillion slimline s3700y windows vista desktop. i can't get pass the bluescreen. computer frozen and f keys don't work. can somehelp help me please?

Hi,

Have you recently installed new hardware to it like printer,scanner before you start having the bsod?and are they still connected to laptop?
