I am sorry but I am not able to understand your question
from what you said "find out each number is first time happen"
that to me means
1 appears first time on row 1
2 appears first time on row 2
3 appears first time on row 6
but you say "In manual calculatioon: " 3 " number is 1st time happen before. ( ie.: 1,2 & 3 ) "
So I am at lost how two parts are connected

Very sorry for my poor question
In fact what bstan question is to known total how many type of fruits
that I have cut / month. ( Each fruit will repesent by the number respectively, that wise base on my previous question, the answer is 3 - type of fruits been cut. )

Not sure fully what you are asking. Have you looked at COUNTIF ?
