Keyboard problem

Hello,

Suddenly my symbols keys are not working. On each key there are four options the first being a number. The second you use the shift key. For example the 2 key I use mostly for email addresses but I can no longer get the (at) symbol instead I get this "

You might have changed the keyboard to French. Check the keyboard language in the Control Panel - keyboard icon.
