Bluetooth in Dell inspiron 1545

Hello,

I m unable to use bluetooth in Dell 1545, Windows XP 32 bit. The icon reflects on the task bar and also in Device manager but when double click on bluetooth configuration, it shows unable to find, it may not be installed correctly. Once i had done boot scan of my laptop and that time i got alert that there is some virus and it prompted me to delete this , that time i deleted soem win32 file and since then i m not being able to use bluetooth, please let me know how resolve this issue.
