How to get to build mode on sims 3 blackberry

Hello, i have sims 3 on my blackberry recently downloaded it compliments of blackberry.. i cant for the life of me figure out how to get onto build mode i have tried everything, i pressed q nothing came up, i tried all of the menus and its just not there? HELP! this is soo frustrating having two sets of furniture all over my housee >:(
