Facebook think if been hacked

I hade made my new then i logged out to do it again then it said uncorrect then i tried my old password it says uncorrect this happend when i wanted my facebook secured so no one will hack it then it says do these steps so i did it then it said log out so i dont it then i codent get in please help me this would mean alot to me :'(
