Flash player installed?Closed

Question

Hello, I can't watch videos on facebook it keeps telling me that I need to update my flash player, I have updated it already and it is still telling me to update it,
I don't no how to fix this problem
can you please help me

Try this

Uninstall flash player with this

Reboot your computer.

Download this

Create a folder on the desktop and save it

Download this

http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/494/cpsid_49419/attachments/reset_fp10.zip

Extract the reset_fp10.cmd.

subinacl.exe and reset_fp10.cmd files are in the same location (folder)

Double-click reset_fp10.cmd.

Do not use the machine while SubInACL is running.
When it is finished you will see "Press any key to continue".
