Hello, After re setting my computer to factory setting I cant seen to watch movies online and videos.The video do not buffer or they don't load and the movies don't load at all.Can you help me please.

Dear Pinky,
First of all U 'll have to install flash player in your computer than only you will be able to play online video and your Internet speed should be good as well
just try,..........
