My speakers wont work

Hello,

i have had them for a while but one day i turned my computer on to listen to some music they didn't work so i unplugged them and put them back in but it still doesn't work please help

Greetings,

Go to start menu and type 'device manager'

Go to sound ,video an usb controllers

Does realtek drivers have a yellow mark on it?

If yes you may need to reinstall the drivers

Need system information,especially laptop or PC model number
