problem with my dell inspiron 14r laptop Closed

Hai

Iam having a dell inspiron 14r laptop.  Now Iam facing some problem.  

If I start my laptop it will get stuck by asking to press f2, f12. If I press f2 then exit it will work.  how to solve this booting problem.  every time i restarts, the computer is asking to press f2, f12

secondly Iam not able to type some letters.  If i press d the screen minimize, if i press y yahoomessenger appears, l cant type, like this some more characters.  how to solve.

Anivirus Avg free edition is fully updated & I scan the system showing no threats.  

please help me in this

Hi,

Enter bios and reset it then update time and date save exit then try again giving your feedback else you'll need to change bios battery.
