I am unable to play game tekan 3 in ps2 emula

Hello,
1st of all i load ps2 emulator in my pc and confugure it,then i insert tekkan 3 cd in my drive,in munu when i chose run cd than unfortunately an eroor comes,it says unable to load bios:bios/'';pscx2 can't run without that and when i click ok on that message than it says eroor opening cd dvd plugin,
please somebody help me,i really need someone help,plz give ur precious time to solving my problem,i sahll be thankful to u
