Urgent plz...windows startup problem

Hello,


I am using a Dell Inspiron n4010 laptop. When I on the laptop, the laptop is able to load initially, when the screen shows the Dell logo. However when it comes to the part where it load at the Windows 7 logo screen, the bar below the logo keeps moving showing that it is loading but after 20 minutes, my laptop is still showing the same screen. I cant reach my 7 account page. How do I solve this?

Ensure you disconnect ALL usb devices connected to your computer during startup.

also, if it doesn't help, hit the F8 Key (before the windows logo starts) and see whether it would then start or there is a problem with a missing Windows file.
