Hello,

The windows (operating software) which I use seems to have a problem. I have tried installing a new one but am not successful. On of my friends told to use F9 if I want to boot from CD but its not working. Which is the right key? Please help.

Either F12 or F8 (cant remember) at startup will bring you to the boot menu. You can select boot from cd there.

first off all i had to know wether it is a branded comp. or a assembled,if branded, u will see at the time of starting the name of the particular company, which the machine is,u will also notice advice to entert set up,like press f1 or f2 to enter set up.so press the stated botton,if assembled,it will also notified, any way after bOOtable CD inside, press del button ,after that f8 and u will see window will start loading, then recommend disc C to reload programe, best of luck
