ACER Aspire 5315 Closed

Question

Hello, 

I have an Acer Aspire 5315 Laptop and it will not boot,
the only thing that come up after the Logo is BOOTMGR
image is corrupt. The system cannot boot., what is the 
problem how can I restore this computer.
