SOS! Crack PhotoshopCS3, not opening new RAW.

Hello, if anybody can help me with the problem below I'd be very grateful.


I have Photoshop CS3 extended, a crack version from awhile ago. I used to have a Canon 400d, and upgraded to a 600d but now my files .CR2 will not open. I have updated the Camera Raw, it's now on 4.6. I followed everything that adobe has said, but it's still not working.
Bridge also doesn't have 'purge central cache', only to purge the folder I've selected, and that doesn't eve work.
Is it because I have a cracked version? Or am I doing something wrong :/


If anybody has an answer or suggestions they'll be most appreciated! Currently a photography student and I'd love to be able to solve this mystery! :) Thank you! x
