Sony Walkman issue Closed

Question

Hello, 

I have had a sony walkman (model nwz-s544) for a few years and recently got a new computer and you probably guessed it, it won't recognize it but I no longer have the setup file. Can someone give me a link so I can dl the setup file?  The current pc will not recognize it as anything...I get nadda...

An update to my first post...I have installed the walkman media player and the content transfer. I plug in the walkman, it says MTP device found but then says hardware installation failed. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling (as windows suggested), yet the content transfer will not recognize that anything is plugged in. The model number is NWZ-S544 if that helps any.
