Hello,

Unlike other Toshibas, you must hold down the ESC key to get to the factory default recovery software. If your hard drive has been damaged, you'll need recovery disks.

It took me 15 min of Googling and searching Toshiba and I never found the answer. I just started holding down keys while powering on, and ESC is it!

I wanted to document this for any other people out there having the same issues I was.
