My computer isn't boot up

Hello,
my name is tika, i've a LG PC Flatron L1515S, and my problem is my pc isn't boot up, my father suggest is our pc is get a virues, after we give to a techican they said is our pc is clean, and now i just turn it on it boot normally and then some box out on the screen ( forget about the message) and i just click "Don't Send" there's 2 option : Don't send and Send Report Error. after i click "Don't Send" my computers isn't boot up, and i try the tips from another article and i hear sounds "beep" continously but my screen pc is black while the sounds ringin, what should i do? please the answer.
