Movie on pc it not running

Hello,
I have pentium 4 2.40 GHz processor and 1GB DDR2 RAM .My problem is that when i watch movie on pc it not running.The secne is stop for some second but time is running .
This problem is done for all video file.I already install vga driver, format computer but the problem is not solve

please help.....................

when i install vga driver an error will ouccer which is"your Computer does not meet the minimum requirements for installing this softwere"...

bad vga driver, not for your graphic card(try update your motherboard driver too)

go to motherboard webpage and find your driver by product key
