a second what?
If you want to connect the PC to use the TV as a second monitor. Then, you will need to connect them via a video cable of some sort. What type cable will depend on you finding a cable type that is accepted by BOTH PC and TV. I suggest you check the manual of both machines to find a compatible cable.
