Sometimes a laptop will get stuck waking-up and you need to do the following.
1. remove battery and disconnect power cord
2. press power button ( "ON" switch) for 30 seconds
3. replace battery and/or power cord
4. re-start laptop

maybe your lop top have a short virtual memory. try to change your memory card and also format your pc or diffragmentation will help.
