Hello, I have completed the required form after my account was blocked due to spam. The first time I was told insufficient information, I tried again and received an acknowledgement and nothing else. I waited a few days and submitted another form...nothing. What else can I do, please help

It may take from 24 hours to two weeks before you get an answer.

If the above solution does not work, your account is lost forever.
