Hello,
I have a ATI redeon 4850 sapphire co card . when i start pc at the time pc boots small horizontal line ----- in this way all over display . I have done all thing like uninstalling driver tried my card in another pc but result is same . If i continue with it display crashes & pc restarted & same will gone card is not in warranty whatis sugestion help me

If you have the same results when using the card on another PC then you probably have a hardware problem on the card. Since it's out of warranty you will need to buy a new card.

Is this cards are repairable because other component on the card r working

I doubt you can find anyone willing or able to repair the card.
